We were making pancakes the other morning and my daughter wanted to crack the eggs, I was hesitant, but she said “Mommy I’m FIVE, I can do it!” And sure enough, she did it and she did it better than I do it – one handed even. It was pretty amazing. She is pretty amazing. Full of life and emotion and character. And because I started this tradition when she was one, here are her birthday pictures with her birthday balloons.
